Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the sale of All Seasons Storage in Big River for an undisclosed price.

“In a challenging debt market, it was critical for us to put together multiple offers to provide maximum exposure to the deal,” Sam Slocum, co-owner of the commercial real estate brokerage firm, said in a news release. “In our marketing efforts, we generated 25 offers before choosing the one that best met our customers’ needs.”

Slocum, Stacey Gorman and Cameron Bradford, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta and Charleston offices, represented the seller through Alan Ambrose, who had the exclusive listing to market the property. Buyer Todd Snook with Valley Stores also purchased at Gorman & Slocum. Benjamin Yelm, the broker of record of Marcus & Millichap of Charleston, helped close the transaction.

Located at 483 Highway 17, this 72,400-square-foot warehouse consists of 554 units, including climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled spaces, along with 34 parking spaces. With a daily traffic of 31,600 vehicles, the property is currently 97% occupied, according to the news report.
