Media personality and political analyst Tiffany Cross named CWRU Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration speaker

Each year, Case Western Reserve University honors Martin Luther King Jr. The campus community is invited to the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration on Friday, January 19 with keynote speaker Tiffany Cross, media personality and political commentator.

Cross is a former host. Cross connection 2020 Resident Fellow at MSNBC and the Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics. She is a longtime cable news veteran, having previously served as managing director of the DC bureau for BET Networks, an associate producer for CNN and a freelance field producer. Cross has spent time on the campaign trail covering and working on numerous local, state and federal campaigns.

She moved from the control room to the green room when she co-founded. Bit DCA national platform that connects politics, policy, business, media and people of color, it is widely read by elected officials, CEOs and C-suite executives, opinion leaders and media influencers. She attended Clark Atlanta University and lives in Washington, DC.

This year’s event will take place in Tinkham Vale University Center Hall at 12.45pm followed by a dessert reception.

This event is free and open to the CWRU campus community and the general public. However, registration is highly encouraged.
