As expected, Kieren Williams is officially back.

The Rams have returned Williams from injury, the team announced Saturday. He is expected to play in Sunday’s game against the Cardinals.

“I thought he had a great week and it’s good to be able to bounce back,” head coach Sean McVay said in Friday’s press conference.

Williams was last sidelined with an ankle injury on Oct. 15 against Arizona in Los Angeles.

That was the best game of Williams’ young career, rushing for 158 yards on 20 carries with a touchdown.

A 2022 fifth-round pick, Williams has rushed for 456 yards with six TDs this season. Caught 13 passes for 105 yards with a touchdown.

In a related move, the Rams waived offensive lineman Zachary Thomas.
